Whale Sharks: The whale shark can grow up to 14metres in length and feed on plankton, sardines and other small fish with their large mouth which acts as a filter. Scuba diving with whale sharks is a precious experience as the move gracefully and are harmless to humans. They are known as the largest fish in the world and are most likely encountered around the islands of Bazaruto Archipelago.Whale sharks are best sighted from late October to early December and late February to early April during their migrations. |
